I’m a trained UX designer who has been working in the healthcare technology field focusing on information design & data visualization for 8 years. I create graphics and dashboards to better help our clients understand complex data. I love figuring out all the different ways a product can function and how to make it better. NYS Department of Health
We contracted with NYS to create a public facing web interface that would allow healthcare providers and plans to access historical data on key metrics in order to do “apples-to'-apples” comparisons using Salient software. This included several webpages & interactive dashboards.
Medicare Dashboards
We did a complete overhaul of our ACO Medicare dashboards during the Pandemic utilizing new software features in order to make the dashboards simpler and more user friendly.
New Dashboard Feature
Working on Salient’s dashboard software for 6 years has made me extremely familiar with the product so I have been involved with software enhancements over the years.
One feature I worked closely with our engineering department to create was a new way to custom group data elements in dashboards.
Adobe XD Mobile App Challenge
In my downtime I decided to take an Adobe XD Challenge to get more familiar with mobile app design which was something I had never worked on at my job before. We were tasked with creating a mobile food delivery app in 9 days.
CMART Dashboards
The CMART (Care Management Assessment Reporting Tool) dashboards were redesigned in 2021 to give users a better technical experience, as well as giving the dashboards an updated look and feel.
